Toys For Tots Annual Charity Show
Christmas will be here before you know it, and you want every child to open up a present on that magical day. Unfortunately, some parents cannot afford to buy their kids presents. That doesn’t mean those kids have to go without, though. You can help those kids get presents by participating in the Toys for Tots Charity Car, Truck, and Bike Show at Classic Iron on Oct. 20. The show will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and it’s open to all cars, bikes, trucks, and specialty vehicles.
If you want to show off your wheels. you can register for $20. You also have the option of registering for $10 and donating a new toy. Make sure the toy is unwrapped when you bring it with you.
About the Show
This is a unique auto show. Since anyone can enter, you never know what you might see. You might notice a brand-new Ram 2500 parked right next to a classic 1970 Dodge Challenger. That makes it so much fun.
There will also be a DJ there, pumping out family-friendly tunes, and you can grab some food at one of the food trucks.
That’s all fun, but the best part of the day will have to do with the competitions. First, of course, the vehicle owners will compete with one another. Who has the best one? You’ll find out when people take home dash plaques and trophies.
Then, there will be the cornhole tournament. See if you can beat out the competition and take home the honors as the cornhole champion of Fredericksburg. That’ll give you something to talk about at the office.
