OMG.....this shop is great. The entire staff was great & very professional; everyone had a smile. My personal favorite is Trisha in service. This beauty had patience with me & my warranty company when I didn’t. Trisha worked endless nights (for 3 weeks) trying to get me back in my car; she communicated with me EVERY step of the way. I would call almost every day to check on my car; Trisha never once got tired of me calling and if I left a voicemail, she would call back immediately. I knew my car wasn’t the only one in the shop; but the way Trisha communicated with me, it felt like my car was the only one. This shop had GREAT customer service skills.

On this service appointment I returned to have a new electronic key synced up with my 2013 RAM 1500 truck and also a follow up regarding concerns with my air adjustable suspension. They took my truck in and within an hour or so programmed my key even made a modest repair to my old key and provided a follow up conversation with my mechanic regarding my air adjustable suspension problems. I especially appreciated the mechanic conversation which is a cut above most service appointments I have had with other automobiles. Well I purchased this truck along with 3 minivans and to Dodge stratus is from Stafford of Springfield I am very happy with the service some now receiving at Safford in Fredericksburg. Well done Safford in Fredericksburg.

Top notch service, honest and thorough. Service manager Josh was thoughtful, listened to my issues and concerns about 3rd party warranty. Correctly diagnosed issues with my Jeep and proposed effective and efficient plan to correct problems. Coordinated very well with warranty company. A very pleasant experience. Thanks so much!
